2. Profile Page & Card Features

Once your order is placed and your form is submitted:

• We will create a personalized webpage using the details you have submitted.
• Your NFC card will be programmed and linked to your profile.
• A QR code will be created that directs to your page.
• You may update or request removal of your information at any time.

3. Account & Payment

• All payments are final and non-refundable after card programming and webpage creation is complete.
• Your subscription or one-time purchase includes setup, hosting, and printing as described at checkout.
• Any misuse or fraudulent orders may result in cancellation without a refund.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Submit false, illegal, or misleading information
• Use your profile or card for spam, scams, or harassment
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt our services

We reserve the right to suspend or remove any profile violating these terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All 2Contact.me content, branding, and system features are the property of Everydoor Marketing LLC. You may not copy, resell, or duplicate our designs or backend systems without permission.

• Loss or misuse of data shared on your profile
• Misuse of your NFC card or QR code by third parties
• Delivery delays due to shipping or external issues

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access to any profile or service at our discretion, especially in cases of abuse or violation of these terms.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the revised terms and conditions.
